Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish with butter.
- Layer the sweet potatoes, parsnips, and beets in the dish.
- In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, salt, and pepper, then pour over the vegetables.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the top is golden brown.
