- 1 pound turkey sausage
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup biscuit mix
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together turkey sausage and cream cheese until well combined.
- Add in the Rotel tomatoes, shredded cheese, and biscuit mix. Stir to combine.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Let the sausage balls cool for a few minutes before serving.
- These can be made ahead of time and reheated.
