Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine flour and salt. Add yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Incorporate minced garlic and rosemary into the dough.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
- Shape the dough and place it in the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the skillet to an oven preheated to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding grated cheese to the dough.
- This bread can be served warm with olive oil for dipping.
