Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine corn, heavy cream, milk, Parmesan cheese, butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
