- 1 pound fresh spinach
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, melt the butter and sauté the spinach until wilted.
- In a bowl, mix the sautéed spinach with cream cheese, Parmesan, shrimp, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
