Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter and sauté the spinach until wilted.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sautéed spinach with cream cheese, Parmesan, shrimp, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
