- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add fresh spinach and sauté until wilted.
- Stir in cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, nutmeg, and crumbled bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot as a delicious side dish.
