Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, garlic powder, mozzarella, and Parmesan until well combined.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the cheese mixture.
- Secure the openings with toothpicks.
- Season the outside of the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brown the chicken on both sides for about 3-4 minutes each.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can marinate the chicken before stuffing.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
