Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the sugar, eggs, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing well.
- Stir in the milk, vanilla extract, and half of the salted caramel sauce.
- Fill the cupcake liners halfway with the batter and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool completely before frosting with remaining salted caramel sauce.
