  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the sugar until well combined.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the eggs, one at a time.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips and pour half the batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the batter.
  8. Spread the remaining batter on top and drizzle with the rest of the caramel sauce.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes and let cool before sprinkling with sea salt.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
