- 2 cups crushed OREO cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed OREO cookies with melted butter until well mixed.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then allow to cool.
- Spread the vanilla ice cream over the cooled crust and drizzle some salted caramel sauce on top.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Once frozen, top with whipped cream and remaining salted caramel before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla.
- Make sure to let the cake sit at room temperature for a few minutes before slicing.
