- 1 package OREO cookies
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup crushed OREO cookies for topping
Instructions
- Start by crushing the OREO cookies and mixing them with melted butter to form the crust.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a round cake pan.
- Spread the vanilla ice cream over the crust and freeze until firm.
- Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the ice cream layer.
- Add a layer of whipped cream on top and freeze again.
- Before serving, top with crushed OREO cookies and additional caramel sauce.
