Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the honey, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing well to combine.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts.
  6. Using a cookie scoop, drop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
