Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted peanuts
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and corn syrup over medium heat.
- Stir until sugar dissolves, then bring to a boil.
- Slowly add heavy cream, stirring continuously until mixture reaches a soft ball stage.
- Remove from heat, then add sea salt and vanilla extract.
- Stir in peanuts until fully coated.
- Drop spoonfuls onto parchment paper and let cool until set.
Notes
- For added flavor, try adding chocolate drizzle on top once cooled.
- These clusters can also be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
