Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar and corn syrup over medium heat.
  2. Stir until sugar dissolves, then bring to a boil.
  3. Slowly add heavy cream, stirring continuously until mixture reaches a soft ball stage.
  4. Remove from heat, then add sea salt and vanilla extract.
  5. Stir in peanuts until fully coated.
  6. Drop spoonfuls onto parchment paper and let cool until set.

Notes
