Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine oats, almond butter, honey, protein powder, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
