- 4 turkey bacon strips
- 4 chicken ham slices
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour batter to form pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- While pancakes are cooking, cook turkey bacon and chicken ham in another skillet until crispy.
- Serve pancakes warm, topped with the crispy bacon and ham.
Notes
- For a sweeter pancake, consider adding vanilla or chocolate chips to the batter.
- Feel free to use any type of sausage.
