- 1 cup Bisquick mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the Bisquick, milk, and eggs until smooth.
- Stir in the crumbled sausage, cheese, salt, and black pepper.
- Scoop the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, substitute sausage with sautéed vegetables.
- These muffins can be frozen and reheated for an easy breakfast.
