Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bisquick mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the Bisquick, milk, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Stir in the crumbled sausage, cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Scoop the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin.
