Ingredients

- 6 slices of bread
- 4 breakfast sausages
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Cook the sausages in a skillet until browned. Remove and let cool.
- Roll the bread slices flat with a rolling pin.
- Place a sausage on each slice and roll them up.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Dip each roll-up in the egg mixture.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook the roll-ups until golden brown.
