Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk and egg.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and fold in the chopped dill pickles and fresh dill.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in the batter to form pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with whipped cream cheese and crumbled turkey bacon on top.

- For extra flavor, add more fresh dill to the pancake mixture.
