- 8 ounces cooked turkey bacon
- 8 ounces chicken ham
- 4 cups sauerkraut, drained
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup Russian dressing
- 1 loaf of rye bread, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the turkey bacon, chicken ham, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese.
- Layer the cubed rye bread at the bottom of a baking dish.
- Spread the meat and cheese mixture over the bread.
- Pour Russian dressing evenly over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add caraway seeds to the mixture.
- Can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge before baking.
