Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped garlic and ginger, sauté until golden brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
- Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and red chili powder.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Let it cool before storing in jars.
