Instructions

  2. Add the chicken ham, bell peppers, onion, and garlic, and sauté until the vegetables are soft.
  3. Stir in the rice, seafood stock, thyme, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover, simmering for about 20 minutes or until the rice is tender.
