- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound crab meat, cooked
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix ricotta cheese with Parmesan cheese.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place three lasagna noodles over the sauce, then spread half the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
- Add half of the seafood mixture and one cup of mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layers, finishing with noodles, remaining marinara sauce, and the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped fresh herbs like parsley or basil.
- Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
