Seafood Lasagna Shrimp Crab: Indulgent Homemade Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound crab meat, cooked
  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix ricotta cheese with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Place three lasagna noodles over the sauce, then spread half the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
  6. Add half of the seafood mixture and one cup of mozzarella cheese.
  7. Repeat layers, finishing with noodles, remaining marinara sauce, and the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Let it cool before serving.
