Ingredients

  • 9 sheets lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound crab meat, picked over for shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, then add crab meat, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce. Layer 3 lasagna noodles, half of the ricotta, half of the seafood mixture, and a portion of mozzarella.
  5. Repeat the layers, ending with noodles topped with marinara sauce and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
