Ingredients

- 1 pound lasagna noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound crab meat
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the crab meat, marinara sauce, basil, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
- Spread a thin layer of the seafood mixture in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer with lasagna noodles, followed by ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and more seafood mixture. Repeat layers, ending with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Let the lasagna sit for 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
- Feel free to add additional herbs or spices for more flavor.
