Ingredients

  • 1 pound lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the crab meat, marinara sauce, basil, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
  5. Spread a thin layer of the seafood mixture in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Layer with lasagna noodles, followed by ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and more seafood mixture. Repeat layers, ending with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • Let the lasagna sit for 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
  • Feel free to add additional herbs or spices for more flavor.
