- 8 ounces lasagna noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crab meat, shredded
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté shrimp until they are pink.
- Add garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, crab meat, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer noodles, shrimp mixture, and ricotta mixture, and repeat layers.
- Top with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan and remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the shrimp mixture.
- Allow the lasagna to rest before cutting for cleaner slices.
