  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté shrimp until they are pink.
  4. Add garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  5. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, crab meat, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Spread a layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  7. Layer noodles, shrimp mixture, and ricotta mixture, and repeat layers.
  8. Top with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan and remaining mozzarella.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the shrimp mixture.
