Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in milk, stirring until the mixture thickens.
- Add shredded cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Mix in shrimp, crab, and cooked macaroni until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or mustard to the cheese sauce.
- You can substitute the seafood with any of your favorite options like scallops or lobster.
