Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and whisk in the flour, stirring constantly until golden.
  3. Slowly add the milk, whisking continuously until the mixture thickens.
  4. Stir in the garlic powder and cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked macaroni, shrimp, crab meat, paprika, salt, and pepper, mixing until combined.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes, or until bubbly.

Notes

  • For an extra crispy topping, sprinkle additional cheese on top before baking.
