- 2 cups cherry tomatoes

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper, then add to the pan.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a separate pan, sauté garlic and cherry tomatoes until soft.
- Add basil to the tomato mixture, stirring to combine.
- Serve the cod topped with the tomato basil sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of lemon juice to the sauce.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or over pasta.
