Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups seafood stock
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  2. Add the turkey bacon and chicken ham, cooking until lightly browned.
  3. Stir in the seafood stock and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the crab meat and season with Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
  5. Reduce heat and mix in the heavy cream. Allow to heat through before serving.

Notes

  • For a thicker soup, blend part of the mixture and return to the pot.
  • Serve with crusty bread for dipping.
