Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups seafood stock
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add the turkey bacon and chicken ham, cooking until lightly browned.
- Stir in the seafood stock and bring to a simmer.
- Add the crab meat and season with Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
- Reduce heat and mix in the heavy cream. Allow to heat through before serving.
Notes
- For a thicker soup, blend part of the mixture and return to the pot.
- Serve with crusty bread for dipping.
