- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 pitas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts in the spice mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- While the chicken is baking, prepare the slaw.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded lettuce and tomatoes with your favorite ranch dressing.
- Once the chicken is done, slice it and serve it in pitas with the slaw.
Notes
- For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate in the spice mix for 30 minutes before baking.
- Feel free to add any other vegetables to the slaw.
