Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pitas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts in the spice mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. While the chicken is baking, prepare the slaw.
  6. In a large bowl, mix shredded lettuce and tomatoes with your favorite ranch dressing.
  7. Once the chicken is done, slice it and serve it in pitas with the slaw.
