Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper.
  3. Add the sliced kielbasa, halved baby potatoes, and broccoli florets to the bowl and toss to coat.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan and roast for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are crispy.
