- 1 pound kielbasa
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper.
- Add the sliced kielbasa, halved baby potatoes, and broccoli florets to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan and roast for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are crispy.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.

- You can substitute other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers.
- For added flavor, sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes before serving.
