- 1 pound ground lamb or beef
- 1 cup chopped onion

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
- Stir in the ground lamb or beef, cooking until browned.
- Add the diced carrots and potatoes, followed by the beef broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
- Stir in the peas, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.
- Simmer for 20-25 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Notes
- This soup can be made ahead of time and tastes even better the next day.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving for added flavor.
