  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until they are pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the asparagus and mushrooms, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well.
  6. Pour in the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can include crushed red pepper flakes.
