Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In another bowl, whisk together egg and milk.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fold in chopped shrimp and crab.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer.
- Dip hot dogs in the batter and fry until golden.
- Serve with nacho cheese sauce.
