- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups corn, fresh or frozen
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, corn, potatoes, sausage, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Divide the mixture among several large pieces of aluminum foil.
- Fold the foil tightly to create packets.
- Place the packets on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Carefully open the packets and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add lemon slices before sealing the foil packets.
- This dish can also be baked in the oven at 400°F for 25-30 minutes.
