Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn, fresh or frozen
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, corn, potatoes, sausage, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture among several large pieces of aluminum foil.
  4. Fold the foil tightly to create packets.
  5. Place the packets on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  6. Carefully open the packets and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add lemon slices before sealing the foil packets.
