- 10 spring roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Lay a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
- Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
