- 8 small flour tortillas
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, cooking until they are soft.
- Sprinkle in the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add shrimp and crab meat to the skillet, cooking until the shrimp turn pink.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan.
- Assemble fajitas by adding the shrimp and crab mixture to each tortilla.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
