- 3 ripe peaches
- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and slice the peaches into wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens and peach slices.
- Crumble feta cheese over the top.
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar and olive oil; drizzle over salad.
- Season with salt and pepper, then toss gently. Serve immediately.
