- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 can diced tomatoes

- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until softened.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning.
- Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer until cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
