Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the beef chops on both sides until browned.
- Place the seared chops into the slow cooker and pour the honey mustard mixture over them.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
