  • 2 cups potatoes, diced

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine beef broth, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, pepper, and salt.

  3. Add carrots and potatoes around the roast.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
