- 3 pounds beef roast
- 4 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, potatoes, and onions)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Place the beef roast in the slow cooker.
- Add the mixed vegetables around the beef.
- In a bowl, mix together the beef broth, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour the mixture over the beef and vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
- Once done, shred the beef and serve with the vegetables.

- For added flavor, sear the beef roast in a skillet before adding it to the slow cooker.
- Feel free to use any vegetables you prefer or have on hand.
