Ingredients

  • 1 head green cabbage, chopped
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Layer half of the cabbage in the slow cooker.
  2. Add half of the potatoes, then half of the sausage, onion, and garlic.
  3. Sprinkle with half of the seasonings.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour the chicken broth over the top.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the cabbage and potatoes are tender.
  7. Stir before serving.
