- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup long-grain rice

Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Mix the rice, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the frozen peas and carrots to the cooker and stir gently.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the slow cooker and mix everything together before serving.
