- 2 pounds corned beef brisket
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 cups chopped cabbage
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 4 potatoes, diced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 teaspoons black peppercorns
Instructions
- Place the corned beef in the slow cooker and cover with beef broth.
- Add the carrots, potatoes, and onions on top.
- Add the cabbage and peppercorns.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
- Slice the corned beef before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add garlic cloves.
- Serve with mustard on the side.
