- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once done, shred the chicken and mix it with the sauce before serving.

- This dish is great served over rice or with mashed potatoes.
- Feel free to add vegetables such as carrots or bell peppers for extra flavor.
