- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the ground beef, taco seasoning, and cream cheese. Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
- Add salsa, black beans, corn, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir well and cook for an additional hour.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
- For a spicier dip, add chopped jalapeños.
