  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the ground beef, taco seasoning, and cream cheese. Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
  2. Add salsa, black beans, corn, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir well and cook for an additional hour.
  3. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and green onions before serving.
