- 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the diced potatoes and turkey bacon.
- Sprinkle the Lipton onion soup mix over the top.
- Add the chicken broth, olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Stir to combine the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
