Instructions

- Rub the beef shoulder with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

- Roast for 3-4 hours until tender.
- Remove from oven and shred the beef.
- Warm tortillas and fill them with shredded beef and green chiles.
- Top with cheese and serve.
