Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).

- Rub the mixture over the beef shoulder.
- Place the beef in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 4 hours, or until tender.
- Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to achieve a caramelized crust.
- Let the meat rest before slicing and serving.
